Volunteer Opportunities

The Petitcodiac Watershed Alliance is always looking for volunteers to assist with various projects in our watershed. Some of these projects include: community-based water quality monitoring, habitat assessments, tree planting, and river restorations.

Community Cleanups:

Join our staff in making the ecosystem healthier by removing debris and pollutants from local streams. No experience necessary!

Water Quality Monitoring

Monitoring water quality is important for determining impacts, as well as monitoring changes in water quality over time. Join our team to collect data and water samples while learning more about the differences in our local environments.

Broken Brooks: Assessing and remediating fish passage

Fish passage to upstream habitat can be affected by improperly installed or aged culverts. Join our team to determine available upstream habitat on our river system and remove barriers to fish passage!
